Dutch School Holiday Calendar 2025-2026
The official school holiday dates for the 2025-2026 school year, as published by the Dutch Ministry of Education (Rijksoverheid). The Netherlands is divided into three regions — Noord, Midden, and Zuid — with staggered dates to prevent overcrowding at holiday destinations.

- Meivakantie extension — Schools may optionally extend the May holiday by one week (advised dates: Apr 18 – 26, 2026). Check your school's individual calendar.
